YEG Built For Life Foundation is a not-for-profit organization in Edmonton, AB, that supports women and children who are experiencing domestic violence, intimate partner violence and/or abuse with safety planning and resources to support each unique situation. We actively engage community members and raise awareness about intimate partner violence, coercive control and patterns of abuse while advocating for Women's and Children's Rights.
We possess a passion for human rights and advocacy to be the "voice of change" for women and children whose voices have been silenced for far too long and seek to offer a supportive role in research, policy developments and legislation changes to continue our journey to #BreakTheSilenceAgainstDomesticViolence.

Mission: To assist women and children experiencing domestic violence, intimate partner violence and any type of abuse with resources to plan and execute a safe exit from the situation, provide resources to support their immediate needs and advocate for women's and children's rights. We aim to Empower women to #BreakTheSilenceAgainstDomesticViolence and end gender-based violence against women and children.
